Default My Warrior's Heroes

http://pvx.wikia.com/wiki/User:Orphu...Warrior_Heroes

I'm trying to make a set of hero builds for my warrior. The link contains three sections:

1. Warrior, 3 heroes, henchmen
2. Two Warriors, 6 heroes
3. Warrior and Monk, 6 heroes

This is mainly because I usually play by myself, or with my friends, who play warrior or monk.

So, I tried to get smite support (SoH), spirit spamming, MoP+Barbs, Minions, GDW, Splinter, Orders, SY!, etc. Any help is appreciated.

Note: The warrior builds can be pretty much any build that spams attacks, i.e. WE Axe, WE Scythe, WE Daggers, 100b, Triple Chop(ish), etc.

Note2: I'm not very good at monking, so I pretty much copied builds off the wiki for a generic HB and WoH healer. Same with the ER protter and SolS healer.

Thanks!

I most certianly do not speak for every warrior out there, but being a 4yr Warrior vet my take on a W/D isn't all that fantastic. I feel the combo: Hundred Blades + SoH + Splinter + Sun & Moon slash out DPSs that W/D scyther. I could be wrong, I never tested my combo on an armor suit...mainly because I dont care.

I wont doubt that the warrior looks badass with a scythe, however.

For most H+H PvE play as a warrior, I like using a brawling headbutt / steelfang slash / dragon slash build, for spammable knockdowns.

For monk, I enjoy playing a smiter with assassin's promise.

Heroes may vary depending on the situation, but a minion master with death nova is almost always useful.

Vamp, I kind of agree, but with lots of pve mobs clumped, I think the AoE damage of the scythe makes it worthwhile.

Also, I'm looking for suggestions mainly on the heroes, not the player builds, focusing on physical.

Why not ER Ele for the solo War? That way you'll get spammable Prot Spirit/Spirit Bond/other big prots on, as well as more healing.

This is a good option for buffing physicals:

Swap in PwK for mark of fury or the res.

Updated a few things.

- Changed all warriors to either WE Axe or 100b.
- Made the hero healers into ER Protters.
- Changed hero warrior on the warrior/monk team to WE Axe and gave player warrior GDW to apply to hero.

Any additional help is appreciated.

Also, another question. Does OoP apply to minions?

Note: I like the arcane orders build better than the OoV build because it adds the same amount of damage, and allow the use of Dark Fury as well. However, if OoV is armor-ignoring, I'd use that instead. So...is it?

Thanks again!

Looks pretty standard. There are only a handful of things that I'd really be adamant about changing:

1) Aegis. Seems like you dislike this skill, but it really is really powerful defense. Don't underestimate it.

2) SS hero. SS is kind of subpar when you have that much direct damage going on. I'm positive there's a better option somehow.

You forgot to put points into healing on the ER healers. They're running Patient Spirit.

I'm not too familiar with monk skills, but I guess I didn't use Aegis 'cause of the cooldown. I also didn't realize it was party-wide. I'll switch patient spirit for aegis then, which solves both problems.

As far as the SS nuker, whoever I replace him with will need mop+barbs, or I can give them smite support and have the spirit spammer do the mop+barbs. Either way, it'll have to be /Mo or /N with 2 skills devoted to something else. With these limits, I'm not sure what else I'd replace him with. Maybe some sort of fire nuker for a little AoE support?

Also, still curious if OoP applies to minions and if OoV is armor-ignoring.

Thanks!

OoV is armor ignoring because it is life stealing. As such, monk prots (or any other kind of prot like ability) will have no effect on it.

OoP affects party members, not allies, so it will not affect minions.

Would relying on 2 ER Protters for healing be a bad idea? As in, should I make one an HB monk or give the ER Protters some spike heals, etc.? (This in regards to the Dual Warrior version).

Also, for the dual warrior build, would a Paragon hero be a good replacement for the SS? I'd still want either the MoP+Barbs or a second SoH on the bar, but it would still give Go for the Eyes/Anthem of Flame and a few others.

The only healing your ER hero should have is Infuse.

For a 2-man team, I'd use a N/rt as the second healer (2x Infusers can get caught in a cycle sometimes, and n/rt has some useful party/spot heals).

I changed the solo warrior to use the Spirits/Smites, MM/Curses, and Orders/Heals.

I changed the two 2-player teams to use pretty much the same setup, 2x healers (1 ER Protter and 1 ER Healer or 1 HB Monk and 1 ER Protter), 2x WE Axe or 100b Wars, Orders, MM, Curses, and Spirits/Smites.

So unless anyone has any other suggestions, I think I'm good. Got my 2 physical attack spammers, 2 healers, minions, spirits, splinter, GDW, orders, SoH, barbs+MoP, and yea.

Thanks for the help!
